Blending Note:
I wanted to create a blend specifically focused around women's health and well-being. The primary ingredients are Nettle Leaf and Raspberry leaf, but this left the flavor a bit too bland. I added peppermint for it's soothing and lifting effect, rose because I love the mellow flavor of it, and rose hips to add a subtle tartness.

Educational Information:
Raspberry Leaf: Raspberry leaf has been traditionally used for centuries to support women's health, particularly during pregnancy and menstruation. It is believed to have uterine toning properties that may help strengthen the muscles of the uterus, potentially easing menstrual cramps. Raspberry leaf is also rich in vitamins and minerals, including iron and calcium, which are important for overall women's health.
Nettle Leaf: Nettle leaf is another herb that is commonly used for women's health. It is known for its high mineral content, including iron, which is important for maintaining healthy iron levels, especially during menstruation. Nettle leaf may also have anti-inflammatory properties that can potentially help alleviate menstrual cramps. Additionally, it is believed to have diuretic properties that can assist in reducing water retention commonly associated with premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
While these herbs are generally considered safe for most people, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before using them, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any underlying health conditions. It's also important to note that individual responses to herbal remedies may vary, so it's always best to seek personalized advice. The information is provided for educational purposes only.
