Blending Note:

This blend took me the longest to get right. My goal was to make the ultimate relaxing tea but also have it be enjoyable to drink. The problem is that some of the sleep-inducing ingredients don't taste very good so it took me a while to get things blended where I was happy with both the flavor and effect. I do not make any direct claims (see disclaimer below), but I will say as I was testing variations of this blend over and over it personally made me extremely relaxed and sleepy.

This blend has multiple "woody" ingredients such as valerian root, licorice root, and slippery elm. I recommend a longer brew time to ensure full extraction.
