All of the ingredients in this blend were grown or foraged by us! The flavor is predominantly mint with a lemon aftertaste. We will not be able to make more of this until we grow more of the ingredients, so get it while you can!

Silverberry Mint Blend

Fill a kettle with fresh, cold water and bring it to a boil.

While the water is heating, place the herbal tea bag in a mug or teapot.

Once the water has reached a boil, carefully pour it over the herbal tea bag.

Allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes, or until it has reached your desired strength.

Remove the tea bag and discard it.

If desired, add any sweeteners or milk to your tea.
