Chamomile Dream: chamomile, lavender, rose petals, corn flower
Citrus Zest: orange peel, lemon grass, hibiscus, jasmine, lavender,
stevia, natural bergamot flavor
Ginger Snap: ginger root, lemon grass, orange peel
Lavender Mint: lavender, spearmint, cornflower
Tropical Mango Hibiscus: hibiscus, raspberry leaf, stevia, cinnamon,
natural mango flavor
Cycle Balance: nettle leaf, raspberry leaf, peppermint, rose hips,
rose petals
Lung & Throat Support: mullein, marshmallow root, thyme, chamomile,

Herbal Tea Variety Box

Fill a kettle with fresh, cold water and bring it to a boil.

While the water is heating, place 2tsp or 2g of loose lea tea in a infuser or teapot.

Once the water has reached a boil, carefully pour it into the mug/teapot.

Allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes, or until it has reached your desired strength.

If desired, add any sweeteners or milk to your tea.
