Blending Note:

I love how warming and spicy plain ginger tea is, so I always knew I wanted to make my own blend eventually. I intentionally kept it simple so this blend is primarily ginger root, but I've added lemon grass and orange peel which both pair well. The predominant flavor note is still ginger but there is a hint of citrus on the back end.
