Blending Note:

I do not make any specific health claims about my blends (see disclaimer on the side and bottom), however, I wanted to create a blend that was packed with ingredients that humans have used in both eastern and western traditional healing practices. It's also sometimes challenging for me because I want to balance flavor and function and I want each of my blends to enjoyable and distinct from one another. This herbal tea currently has the most ingredients of my blends. At the very least I hope you enjoy the flavor and find it relaxing!
