Hello, we are Josh and Stephanie! In 2020, we purchased a farm with a history that spans four generations in Stephanie's family. Motivated by Josh's passion for tea, we set out on a journey to cultivate Camellia sinensis (black/green tea). It takes a tremendous amount of time and patience to grow tea and so we are proud to be one the few rare stateside tea growers! Over the years we have met with other stateside tea nerds and traveled to japan to learn from tea farmers and processors. We now have thousands of plants growing (after killing thousands!) and are hoping to produce our first test batches this year (2025). In addition to tea plants, we also grow lavender, peppermint, spearmint, lemongrass, and other plants for making herbal tea blends.

In 2023 we went viral on TikTok for our handmade candies and it forever changed the trajectory of our business. We listened to feedback and developed a relationship with customers looking for sweets with dye-free options and now on TikTok alone we have over 20,000 sales, 50,000 followers, and 2.2m likes
